Gilbert & Goode, The Old Primary School, Camelford - 40 New Houses

Fred Champion Groundworks completed in February 2017 a 40 dwelling housing scheme at Camelford in North Cornwall for Gilbert & Goode which commenced February 2016.

This scheme was a brownfield scheme built on an old school site, and our works consisted of the site wide earthworks including removal of existing hard standings and the like, installation of all adopted roads and drainage including underground cellular soakaways, main utility service providers supplies infrastructure works and plot substructures to Dpc level including beam and block floors, and all external hard landscaping.
