Kingswood Homes, Hatherleigh Market, Hatherleigh

Work is well underway onsite at Hatherleigh Market, a new housing estate of 102 homes and bungalows built by Kingswood homes. The Brownfield site is the location of the old livestock market. This is our second project working with Kingswood homes after a successful scheme of 25 units in Newton St. Cyres finished last year.

Our work includes the site wide earthworks, installation of the new adoptable drainage and highways, plot foundations and ground beams, substructure blockwork, plot drainage, block and beam floors and all associated private surfacing.
