Midas Homes, Dolcoath Regeneration Project, Cambourne

The second phase at the Dolcoath Regeneration project has been awarded to Fred Champion Groundworks. At the moment the package for this particular project has been split into 2 phases, the first comprising of Roads and Sewers. Fred Champion Groundworks are currently onsite working alongside Asset International installing the Storm Water Attenuation Tanks. The Attenuation Tanks have a storage volume capacity of 770 cubic metres and were installed within just one working week. Fred Champion Groundworks will carry out the remaining road construction within this first phase and will look to carry out the second phase for Midas Homes which will consist of the Groundworks for 90 units and the associated Infrastructure.
