Midas Contruction, Nansleden School, Nansleden, Newquay

Fred Champion Groundworks have recently commenced the groundworks for the new Nansledan School at Newquay for Midas Construction, which is part of the Duchy of Cornwall Newquay Growth town expansion scheme. The new school groundworks consists of earthworks, foundations, ground floor concrete slab, drainage and mains trench works and external works.  Also as part of this town expansion scheme, we are currently undertaking for the Duchy of Cornwall, new infrastructure works consisting of link roads, sewers and new main utility services along with the ongoing groundworks for Wainhomes for their associated housing development.
