Groundworks News - FCG Awarded New Contract by Kier Living

In September, Kier Living awarded Fred Champion Groundworks a new contract in St Austell.
**Cedar Woods, St Austell** The project has an approximate Groundworks order value of £200,000 and consists of two new blocks of flats. Our work consists of:-
* New substructure/foundations
* Ground floors - FCG are using the PCC Beam with Tetris block floor infill system with a structural screed to the ground floor slabs, in lieu. of standard PCC beam and block floors.
* Drainage
* External works.
