Groundworks News - Linden Homes award FCG with two new contracts in Devon.

In June 2011, Linden Homes, formally known as Midas Homes, awarded Fred Champion Groundworks with two new contracts in Devon.

**Moorhaven, Torquay**

The project has an approximate groundworks order value of £385,000 and consists of 14 speculative housing units with associated infrastructure.

**Avonwick, South Devon**

The project has an approximate groundworks order value of £780,000 and consists of 33 housing units with associated infrastructure.
