FCG 2 Day Training Event a Huge Success

On the 3rd & 4th January 2017 Fred Champion Groundworks Limited staged their annual 2 day training event.
The company is dedicated to the ongoing professional development of its workforce.
To ensure that our operatives received the highest quality training possible, Champion Groundworks Ltd invested in establishing its very own mock construction site at Boringdon Golf Club. This temporary training facility was used to give our operatives first-hand experience of the following:
- Site Compound Set Up
- Installation of trench boxes, sheet and frame
- Drainage installation to Sewers for Adoption 7 Specifications
- Safe Service Installation
- Traffic Management
The two day event has been deemed a success by all who attended and will be the foundation to further training and development programmes which the company is working on in the year ahead.
