Welcome to Movax Sheet Piling

Our new Movax sheet piling attachment is one of the latest additions to the Champion group, purchased in early 2009 this is one of the very few sheet piling attachments in the country.

The Movax is a computer controlled piling attachment this is powered by one of our 20tonne Case 360 excavators, this machinery is operated by one of our Movax trained experienced machine operators. Many of our machines are fitted with weigh loaders to enable the machine to be effectively and safely used as a lifting appliance, this capability is crucial to our sheet piling installation.

We can offer sheet piling in some of the most extreme situations, with the access capabilities of the 20tonne machine we can access areas others cannot. Due to our insitu concrete division of the Champion group we have the capabilities and combination of skills to meet our clients requirements for sheet piling without the need for them to employ another contractor.

We can offer a design service for our shoring to prove it’s capabilities, recently we have been working with Plymouth City Council submitting a design for their approval, our shoring was supporting their road construction so they needed to be sure our calculations were correct.
